Holiday Apartment No. 3 is an exclusive 3-room holiday rental located on the ground floor. With a total area of 74 m² and a well-thought-out floor plan, this apartment offers plenty of space for up to 5 people.

As you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway. From here, you’ll enter the bright living room with a cosy sofa area. Here, you can gather with everyone and relax after an eventful day. Additionally, the high-quality furnishings create a cosy atmosphere that invites you to linger. The sofa bed also provides an extra sleeping space.

The separate kitchen features a dining table. The modern appliances include a stove with 4 ceramic burners, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. You’ll also find useful kitchen utensils, including a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and dishes.

There are two bedrooms, both tastefully furnished with hardwood floors. In the first bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed and a large closet for your holiday wardrobe. There’s also a second TV here. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, which pulls out to provide an additional sleeping space. There is also a closet here for storing your clothes.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a bathtub with a shower enclosure. The bathroom is tiled, and the built-in shelf offers plenty of storage space.

A cot is available for families with small children.

A special highlight of the accommodation is the balcony, which lets you enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the surrounding area. Of course, patio furniture and an awning are provided.

The owner provides you with a beach chair right on the Baltic Sea. It’s the beach chair at Dieter Paulsen’s. You can pick up the key there during business hours. The beach chair rental is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during the season, which runs from mid-April to mid-September.

This is a non-smoking apartment where pets (max. 2) are allowed. There is also a private parking space in the carport for your vehicle, offering you additional flexibility. The beach is approximately 1,200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). Wi-Fi is available free of charge (subject to availability).
