In the hamlet Županje 3 km from the centre of Šilo, 3000 km from the centre of Vrbnik, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: property 300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (3 x 7 m, depth 130 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, table football, trampoline. Parking at the house. Shop 1.4 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3.5 km, pebble beach 4 km, shingle beach 3 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Airfield 16 km from the property.
