Tolle, aber schlecht gewartete Wohnung

Pros: Grösse und Zuschnitt der Wohnung Cons: Negativ: Steppdecke und Bettunterlage mit verdächtigen Flecken, Beide Nachttischlampen in einem Zimmer ausser Funktion Kein Salzstreuer, kein Spülmittel , keine Seife, keine Geschirrspültabs, ( Klein- mengen wären i.O., da nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit 5km entfernt. Bei Ankunft ist der Mangel sehr ärgerlich) Küchen- und Badezimmerfenster lassen sich nicht öffnen Duschkopf muss entkalkt werden Keine Begrüssungsinformation. Verwalter war weder am Vortag noch am Tag der Ankunft telefonisch erreichbar. Sehr schade

Pros: Nähe zum Wasser, zum Strand Saubere Wohnung Schneller Kontakt bei Fragen zu Vermieter möglich Cons: Kein WLAN Grundausstattung könnte besser sein (z.B. Geschirrtuch, Salz&Pfeffer, kleines Handtuch im Bad) Warmwasser im Bad ging nicht durchgängig

Es hat uns super gefallen.

Pros: Das der Vermieter und Hausmeister sehr nett waren und unsere Probleme ohne zu zögern gelöst haben. Cons: Das es leider kein W LAN gibt aber es wird noch nach gerüstet.
