Sehr sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, aber:Sehr schlecht isoliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr kalt und wird trotz bollernder Heizungen nicht richtig warm.Die Heizungsanlage brummt in Intervallen die ganze Zeit, auch nachts, sehr laut.Der Internetempfang war gestört, sodass man schlecht TV ( streaming) gucken konnte. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Liebe Familie Lange, vielen Dank für Ihre ehrliche Rückmeldung und die netten Worte zur Sauberkeit, Einrichtung und zu uns als Vermieter – darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Es tut uns leid, dass Sie die Wohnung als nicht ausreichend warm empfunden haben. Die Fenster wurden erst vor einem halben Jahr komplett erneuert, Heizkörper komplett neu und die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert. In der Regel wird es bei aufgedrehter Heizung auch schnell warm. Umso mehr bedauern wir, dass Ihr persönliches Empfinden hier ein anderes war – das soll natürlich nicht so sein. Auch die Geräusche der Heizungsanlage nehmen wir ernst und werden das noch einmal überprüfen lassen. Bezüglich der Fernbedienung möchten wir uns ebenfalls entschuldigen. Diese ist leider abhandengekommen, weshalb es hier zu Einschränkungen kam. Wir haben inzwischen bereits eine neue Fernbedienung bestellt, sodass dieses Problem künftig nicht mehr auftreten sollte. Vielen Dank nochmals für Ihren Aufenthalt und Ihr offenes Feedback. Rückmeldungen wie Ihre helfen uns sehr, unseren Gästen einen noch angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen.

Schöne, große saubere Wohnung. 1 Doppelbett und zwei Kinderbetten. Alles da, selbst Kaffee oder Tee, Waschmaschine und Co. Haben wir aber nicht genutzt, da wir nur 2 Nächte wegen eines Heide Park Besuchs da waren. Dafür ist es sehr praktisch, der Park liegt nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.Wohnung ist im 1. Stock, daher nicht barrierefrei, war für uns aber kein Problem. Es gibt keinen Schrank oder eine Möglichkeit Kleidung aufzuhängen, aber zwei Kommoden. Und man kann die Wohnung nicht wirklich verdunkeln, es gibt zwar innen Verdunklungsrollos- diese sind jedoch direkt am Fenster selbst angebracht - und links und rechts daneben war im Schlafzimmer ein verglaster Rahmen. Dh. im Juni war es ab 5 Uhr hell im Schlafzimmer - muss man wissen, dann hätte ich meine Schlafbrille mitgebracht.

Eine sehr saubere, ruhige Wohnung und der Vermieter ist sehr aufmerksam. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, super auch für spontan Entschlossene.Wir waren absolut zufrieden!

Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung schien vorher noch nicht bewohnt worden zu sein, alles sah neu und unbenutzt aus . Eine schöne Aufteilung der Räume , tolle Größe mit viel Licht ! Ausgestattet mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.Auch wenn die Einrichtung immer Geschmackssache ist und wirklich sehr stimmig und Stilvoll, muss man sagen , dass das Sofa absolut ungeeignet und unbequem war. Das würde mich nicht unbedingt vom erneuten Aufenhalt abschrecken , da alles andere einfach top war.
