Experience the best outdoor recreation town west of the Rockies! Stay within walking distance to all Bend has to offer. We invite you to enjoy our new craftsman home, privately situated between two 100 year old Elm trees. You’ll love the floor plan which has private space for everyone…a place to catch up digitally, watch movies, play a game, or BBQ. Relax on one the balconies, porch, patio, or in the nicely landscaped yard.
The home is a spacious 2350 sq ft three story. The main floor hosts a well equipped two oven kitchen, down draft range, and counter top seating for 3. Additionally, there is a solid teak wood table with comfortable seating for 7 or 8 people. Around the corner is the cozy living room with a gas fireplace and comfy leather furniture, a new 40 inch flat screen with Roku and Wifi throughout the home. Additionally on the main floor there is a laundry room and full bath adjacent to a spacious high ceiling two car garage, for all your toys.
All three bedrooms are located on the upper floor, with two balconies and a windowed inside sitting area. The master bedroom has a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in closet , coffee maker, 40 inch flat screen and private covered deck which looks out over Bend’s Westside neighborhood and surrounding trees.
Additionally, there are two more bedrooms with queen beds. One of the queen rooms has its own private sink and vanity. These queen bedrooms share a full bath, sitting area, and a shady balcony to admire the
neighborhood and city skyline from two stories up.
On the lower level there is large screen tv with Roku and Wifi, a large sectional, heated floor and soft carpet. Additionally, in the family room alcove, there are two comfy twin beds.
The yard is private and fenced. There is a nice patio with a stainless steel gas BBQ, chairs and tables and hot tub!

Beautiful home in perfect location

We had a fabulous time staying at Twin Elms & spring skiing at Bachelor. Beautifully appointed home that would comfortably accomodate large or multi-families; walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, coffee, breakfast spots plus biking, parks & river. Hosts are wonderfully helpful & easily handled very last minute reservation. We look forward to staying again- hopefully, this new listing will be available as I'm sure it will become very popular!

Great house in a great location

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend in Bend and this house was absolutely perfect. Clean, welcoming, spacious and walking distance to everything. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen for cooking meals together and the outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the hot tub. Everything about our stay was easy and wonderful. Amazing house & location!

Loved the home! Beautiful, comfortable, clean, spacious & relaxing. Excellent location! Two blocks from 10 Barrel, 5' walk to Drake Park & Good Life. The hot tub was a nice bonus after a long hike. I love that they put new water in it after every guest. My girlfriends & I will definitely be back here again! Only thing that could've made it better was if they had a few bikes to use there. Can't wait to go back!

Very comfortable. Good beds and linens and towels. Our kids loved the hot tub. The layout of the house is family friendly. If someone wanted to escape they could go to the basement and chill. Have never experienced heated floors in a bathroom- what a treat. Easy to get to grocery stores and breweries. Only thing I would recommend is more cutting boards and a full length mirror

Amazing Bend House/Perfect Location!

Warm and inviting house - meticulously kept and in a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to Mirror Pond, downtown area, and great food. A straight shot to Newport Market to stock the fridge with goodies for family and guests. The owners were very gracious and were responsive to questions. Loved staying here and will return if available during our stays in Bend. It was truly one of the nicest places to relax with the family and enjoy Bend! October may not be ski season but it is still lovely in Bend as the foliage is peak and it is not too crowded. Highly recommended!

Elegance, Convenience, Privacy, All Mixed Together.

We didn't even come close to filling this house, nor did we bump into each other. This house is brilliantly designed for one person or 8. The layout is designed in such a way that a group of people can rattle around and not bother one another, or they can gather in various places for times of laughter and games. We walked to many convenient locations. The beds are so comfortable.

We are both lifelong Oregonians. We lived in Portland for many years, but visited Bend whenever we got a chance to take advantage of the great weather and outdoor activities. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and kayaking.
We love the ever-changing weather, beautiful scenery, clear mountain lakes, and fresh fragrant air. Also, the small town feel but amazing entertainment, shopping, art galleries, and award winning beer and restaurants.

Why they chose this property

We began visiting Bend together in the early 80's and were always blown away by the weather, beauty and outdoor recreation. When we got the opportunity to move here in 1996, we jumped in with our two kids, 4 and 2, and embarked on the Bend adventure!
Twin Elms (as we call it) is right in the middle of everything, but on a quiet, idyllic street. Our home is easily walkable to everywhere you want to go in minutes (parks, restaurants, bakeries, cool shops, coffee etc.). Elgin Street is situated in Bend’s eclectic Westside.

What makes this property unique

We really enjoy this new topographically elevated 3 level Prairie style home. There is plenty of room to get away from each other or gather together, even if there are 8 people. It is handsomely situated between two very large 100 year old Elm trees, left over from an old mill house teardown, so it has a well established feel to it. We love sitting on the shady balcony, 2 stories up, looking out over the neighborhood and city skyline. The cool Elm canopy and the sound of the chirping birds makes this a peaceful oasis.
