Escape to a peaceful retreat in the heart of the Périgord Noir. This charming 45 m² ground-floor gîte sits on a private 4,500 m² estate surrounded by forest—just two minutes from Montignac-Lascaux, known for its famous prehistoric caves, shops, and restaurants.



Inside, you’ll find a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a serene bedroom with a comfy 160x200 cm bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a WC. Step outside to a shaded private terrace with garden views, a BBQ, dining area, and sun loungers.



Guests can enjoy the large garden, a private unheated pool (June–September), pétanque court, free WiFi, private parking, and optional laundry access.



Perfectly located for exploring Dordogne’s top sights—Lascaux IV, Sarlat, Les Eyzies, and more—you’ll also enjoy nearby hiking, cycling, kayaking, or simply relaxing in nature. Cyclists and motorcyclists are especially welcome, with secure storage and a warm reception.

L’aménagement du gîte a été réalisé avec soin et une optimisation de l’espace Merci à Simone et Pascal pour leur gentillesse, leur accueil et leur discrétion. La disponibilité de la piscine est un véritable atout pour un agréable moment de détente après les nombreuses randonnées au soleil de cette magnifique région. Au plaisir de vous revoir.
