Our holiday rental:

... is bright, modern, spacious, and furnished with great attention to detail, so you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment!

It’s located on the outskirts of the state-recognized resort town of Schmannewitz, offering a fantastic view of the village, the Dahlener Heide, and the fields and meadows—you can even admire the “Collmberg.”

The apartment is approximately 85 square metres in size and consists of three living and bedroom areas on two levels; it has a separate entrance and free parking directly on the enclosed property. From the small, adjoining terrace—which seats two people—you can step directly into the garden from the living room.

In the garden in front of the holiday rental, there is a large shaded seating area for 8 people, complete with a grill. You can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a glass of wine in the evening, or a barbecue. For the kids to let off steam, there is a play tower with a slide and a swing, as well as a sandpit. A rotary clothesline for your laundry is also available there.

The apartment features a bedroom, a living room with an adjoining small terrace offering direct access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washing machine and a large window on the ground floor. Another bedroom and a hallway with a play area for the children are located on the upper floor.

A double bed (180 x 200), which can also be separated, two daybeds (80 x 200), one of which is a pull-out bed (expands to 160 x 200), and two single beds (90 x 200) on the upper floor provide enough space for up to 7 people. An extra bed for one additional person is available upstairs.
