New 3-room apartment on the lower level with a south-facing terrace
2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed
fully equipped kitchen-living room, 2 bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet



Our 4-star apartment-hotel is located right next to the DORFBAHN Königsleiten in the Zillertal Arena.
We offer our guests a well-maintained atmosphere in our apartments, a panoramic indoor pool, two wellness areas, a fitness room, and a children’s playroom,

In the summer, it serves as a starting point for beautiful hikes and mountain tours. Go swimming in the nearby reservoir or bike along our countless mountain bike trails.
Dogs are welcome; the fee is 25 euros per dog per night.



On-site fees: Additional fee for dogs: 25 euros per night per pet. Use of washing machine and dryer: 6 euros per wash or dry cycle. Bread roll service available for a fee. Free Mountain Card in summer: Daily free use of the Königsleiten village cable car and the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos
