Es ist in dem App. E10 kein „richtiges Bad“ vorhanden; eher ein Flur mit Waschgelegenheit; zusätzlich eine Toilette mit Dusche => leider nur mit einer Schiebetür; in der Dusche musste leider aufgrund der innen liegenden Lage auch Schimmelbildung festgestellt werden. Trotz Reklamation w/der Schimmelbildung erfolgte bis heute keine Rückmeldung vom Vermieter. Die restlichen Ausstattung der Wohnung war schön und ansprechend; insgesamt viel Glas & eine riesige Fensterfront im Wintergarten./ „Open Space muss man mögen „ Lage ist top; 2 Minuten zu Fuß und man ist am Meer; auch das Stadtzentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. E 10 ist aufgrund der „Bad-Situation“ für mehr als 2 Personen nicht optimal; die anderen Appartements haben lt. Grundriss-Bildern ein abgeschlossenes Badezimmer

Die Wohnung ist schick eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Geschirr und alle wichtigen Utensilien sind vorhanden und im guten Zustand. Leider ist das Bad sehr schmal sodass man nach dem Toilettengang erst in den Flur muss zum Händewaschen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer ohne eigenes Fenster und Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Die Anlage mit den Wohnungen ist aber sehr schön und kann empfohlen werden.

Super schöne Unterkunft und perfekt gelegen. Wir sind schon seit Jahren in der Nordstrandperle und kommen auch immer gerne wieder. Klare Weiterenpfehlung. Die Glastür zum Durchgangs- Schlafzimmer könnte komplett aus Milchglas sein, da dass Licht aus dem Flur sehr hell reinscheint.

Saubere gemütliche Wohnung. Das Durchgangsbadezimmer war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig aber danach okay. Bäcker und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der kurze Weg zum Strand einfach nur toll. Kommen sehr gerne wieder Verschluss an der Tür zum WC/Dusche nicht gut gelöst. Eventuell einen anderen Haken dafür verwenden. Teilweise sehr hakelig.
