Welcome to Casa Maris Westerland on Sylt—your charming retreat for an unforgettable vacation by the North Sea. Built in 2025, this newly constructed property offers a modern, cozy atmosphere and is located just 50 meters from downtown, so you can easily reach Sylt’s best amenities on foot.

With a spacious floor area of 45 m², this ground-floor vacation rental offers plenty of room for up to four people. The light-filled rooms are tastefully furnished, and the open kitchen, which flows into the living room, invites you to prepare culinary delights. Here you’ll find all the necessary appliances, such as an electric stove with an induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and much more. The bedroom is equipped with a cozy double bed, blackout curtains, and a smart TV. The comfortable sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm).

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and natural stone tiles.

Additional comforts include an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and heated floors.

Durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Bahnhof als Verkehrsknotenpunkt muss mit Verkehrslärm gerechnet werden., der durch Schallschutzfenster abgemildert wird.Die Betreuung durch Port 54 ist sehr gut. Freundliches, hilfsbereites und angenehmes Personal. Schnelle und problemlose Abwicklung der Buchung und von persönlichen Anliegen.
