In the heart of a picturesque Catalan village, this accommodation offers a stunning view of the sacred Canigou mountain. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it features a living/sleeping area with kitchenette opening onto a private terrace, plus a bathroom with toilet. Perfect for 2 adults; 1 or 2 children can also stay for a short visit.



Enjoy breathtaking views of nature and village rooftops in a 17th-century building, just a 5-minute walk from a beautiful forest with trails leading to Spain. The apartment is 10 minutes from the Spanish border and Céret, 25 minutes from the beaches, 30 minutes from Perpignan, 1h30 from Montpellier, 2h from Toulouse via Carcassonne, and 1h30 from Barcelona (free motorway).



Several free parking areas are available in the village, including two with surveillance cameras. Up to 2 pets allowed. Events permitted, with a maximum of 6 people (including guests) on the property.
