Located in a quiet, central spot on the same property, the "Ostseeduo" houses offer comfortable two-room apartments. Just a few steps away from these cosy holiday rentals are the Bansin Tropical House and the Waldkirche, which opened in 1939. There’s a supermarket very close by, and the beach is just 650 metres away.

This cosy, 60-square-meter, 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is suitable for 2–3 people. In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable couch (with a sleeper function, 1.30 x 1.80 m) along with an armchair, coffee table, TV, and radio/CD player. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove provide cosy warmth during the cooler months. The fully equipped kitchen—including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.—and the dining area are open and integrated into the living space, inviting you to prepare and enjoy meals together. The furnished southeast-facing terrace and a small garden entice guests to enjoy breakfast outdoors. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and a wardrobe. The bathroom, which has a window, features a shower and a sink/toilet. A parking space is available on the property.

We’re happy to deliver firewood to your apartment. For this service, we charge 6.00 euros plus the cost of the firewood at 8.00 euros per bag (approx. 15 kg).
