The newly built Strandresidenz Haus Else Marie apartment complex, completed in 2018, is located in a quiet beachfront setting, right on the Ahlbeck Promenade. With beach access right outside the door and the surrounding greenery of the nearby forest, the location can be described as particularly attractive. Most of the apartments offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. Guests staying in the apartments at the rear can enjoy even more sunshine. The beach is particularly wide and beautiful along this stretch. A short distance from the pier and Ahlbeck’s main beach, you can swim and relax in peace here. The famous historic pier in Ahlbeck is about a 10–15-minute walk away. A wide variety of shopping options, restaurants, and bars in the seaside resort await guests. The three imperial spas offer an eventful summer of art and culture, as well as a variety of events even outside the peak season. The “Baltic Hills” golf course is about a 10-minute drive away.

A special highlight is offered during the off-season (September 15 – June 15): Guests have free access to a small wellness area in the building, featuring two saunas (Finnish and bio sauna), including showers and a relaxation room. The saunas can be used daily from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

This modern and very uniquely designed 2-room apartment offers plenty of space for up to 3 people with 57 m² of living area. It is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by lift. When furnishing the apartment, special attention was paid to the use of natural woods and tasteful decor. The open-concept living area features a cosy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed (mattress 150 x 200) for a third person, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette, which includes an oven, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, etc., offers plenty of space for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed together at the adjacent dining area. The spacious bedroom is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), ample storage space, and a desk. An additional TV and a cosy armchair offer a little privacy when needed. The covered, east-facing balcony entices you to enjoy breakfast outdoors with its fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the promenade. It is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. The spacious, modern bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, as well as a sink and toilet.
