Just steps from the beach, right on the boardwalk, the impressive "Anna" villa in the seaside resort style welcomes you. You’ll feel the wonderful holiday vibe in this dreamlike setting as soon as you feel the fine white sand beneath your feet—just about 50 metres away—and let your gaze wander over the vast Baltic Sea. Strolling along the promenade towards the town centre, you’ll reach the famous Ahlbeck pier and the popular concert shell in about 5 minutes on foot. After about 3 more minutes on foot, you’ll reach the town centre with its many shops and restaurants. If you follow the promenade to the right from the apartment, you’ll reach wonderfully peaceful wooded areas in about 10 minutes. It’s a leisurely 25-minute walk to the Polish border. The paved paths lead all the way to Świnoujście.
This well-equipped 45-square-meter 2-room apartment for 2–4 people is located on the ground floor right on the beach. In the living area, you’ll find a cosy sofa corner with a flat-screen TV as well as a dining area for 4 people. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a dishwasher, oven with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave—is also open and integrated into the living space. From the balcony, which is accessible from the living room and faces the promenade, there’s plenty to see throughout the day. The spacious, bright bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. For children who are no longer quite so small, there is a loft area in the parents’ bedroom with two 90 x 200 mattresses. Alternatively, a single person could also sleep on the couch in the living room. The bathroom, which has a window, is accessible from the bedroom and features a bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. A parking space in the double-parking garage (max. car height 1.50 m, car length 5.00 m) is located on the property and is assigned to the apartment.
