Villa Hintze is an outstanding historic landmark built in the classical spa architecture style. Constructed in the 19th century, its richly ornate facade makes it one of the most impressive buildings of that era here in the beautiful Three Imperial Spas. In the stairwell, you’ll find historically protected murals and magnificent stucco work. In 2000 and 2009, extensive restoration work was carried out on the villa’s facade to restore it to its former glory.
Situated slightly elevated on a very well-maintained property, the villa on Delbrückstraße is just under 150 metres from the promenade and the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. Surrounded by other beautiful homes, shops and attractions are also within easy reach. Each apartment has a parking space on the property as well as storage space for bicycles.
Apartment No. 1 is located at the rear of the building on the south-facing basement level. A large window wall lets in plenty of natural light into the open and spacious living area. The beautiful terrace, with its comfortable patio furniture, invites you to linger, effectively extending the living room outdoors. With the fully equipped kitchen, you can treat yourself and your family and spend time together enjoying meals or game nights at the cosy dining table. The modern, renovated bathroom features a large shower, a sink, and a washing machine. The two bedrooms, with their cosy double beds, offer plenty of space for up to four people.
