The lovingly renovated "Mailin" seaside villa at Seestraße 36 in Heringsdorf is centrally located. A 5-minute walk takes you to the Heringsdorf pier and the beach. The villa offers cosy holiday apartments for 2 to 5 people. All apartments feature well-maintained amenities.

This 45-square-meter, two-room apartment on the ground floor can accommodate 2 to a maximum of 3 people for a relaxing stay on Usedom. In the living room, guests have access to a cosy seating area (sofa bed 1.20 x 2.00 m) for relaxing and watching TV. A flat-screen TV is, of course, included. In the adjacent, light-filled, enclosed loggia (windows can be opened) facing south, guests can enjoy meals together at a large dining table. The kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, etc., is also open and integrated into the rear living area. The spacious bedroom features a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200) and ample closet space. The small bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet.
A parking space is available in the car park approximately 150 metres from Villa Mailin.
