Welcome to our charming, historic half-timbered courtyard house dating back to 1634! This unique holiday rental was extensively restored and lovingly renovated in 2011 to offer you a comfortable and authentic stay. With 92 square metres of space, it offers plenty of room to relax.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a cosy entryway, a living room, and a fully equipped small kitchen—perfect for self-catering. A narrow staircase leads to the upper floor, which features two quiet bedrooms facing the street and the courtyard. The large bedroom with a double bed has a separate shower room, while the second bedroom has a bathroom with a bathtub.

A private parking space and a separate outdoor area with seating invite you to relax. The apartment has its own entrance, making it independent and private. Many original features have been preserved, lending the house its historic charm and character.

This charming holiday rental is situated in a quiet location on the Obersee, a branch of Lake Rur, and is only about 200 metres from the lake. The surrounding area offers a wonderful nature experience, ideal for relaxation and adventure.

Nearby, you’ll find the natural swimming area, the tourist information centre, a spa facility, the healing stone spring, and various restaurants—all within easy walking distance. For nature lovers, there are numerous hiking trails right on site, perfect for long walks and exploring.

The Rurseese Schifffahrt boat dock is just a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily take trips on the water. Please note that there are no shopping facilities in the village. We therefore recommend that you purchase everything you need before your arrival to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Wir reisten zu dritt (Erwachsene) und hatten ein wunderbar entspanntes Wochenende in einem Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Mit einem sehr herzlichen Empfang durch die Vermieterin, einer ruhigen und sonnigen Terrasse, gut ausgestatteten Küche, und bequemen Betten.Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
