Die Wohnung war groß, hell, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Hof ist sehr günstig gelegen. Von der einen Seite der Wohnung sieht man den Schlern von der anderen Seite, vom Balkon schaut man in das Tal Richtung Bozen. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle des sehr gut ausgebauten und für Feriengäste kostenlosen Busnetzes. Außer Sonntags gibt einen Brötchenservice, dazu gibt es auch Eier und Milch direkt vom Hof.
