Private: well-kept garden 600 m2 (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 140 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.) with alarm system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: billiard table, trampoline. Shop 800 m, supermarket 350 m, restaurant, bakery 800 m, bus stop "Eglise" 800 m, railway station "Royan" 18 km, sandy beach "La Palmyre" 5 km, thermal baths "Thalassothérapie Thalazur Royan" 18 km.
