Die kürzlich renovierte Wohnung ist modern, hat ein nettes Ostsee-Ambiente und ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen ist die Größe gut dimensioniert. Der Schrankplatz im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer sowie im Bad ist sehr großzügig. Es gibt im Küchen-/Flurbereich sowie im Bad genügend Haken für Handtücher & Co. Ablageflächen auf Tisch und Regalen sind frei von übermäßigen Dekoartikeln. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist zweckmäßig (Ceranfeld mit 2 Kochplätzen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit TK-Fach) eingerichtet und Koch-/Eßgeschirr ist vorhanden, sodass man einfache Gerichte kochen kann. Für mehr ist die "Küche" m.E. nicht geeignet. Auf dem Balkon an der Wand ist ein ausklappbarer "Wäscheleinentrockner" (ca. 6 Stäben à 50 cm) montiert - Wäscheklammern sind auch vorhanden sowie ein Tisch und vier Stapelstühle sowie ein Sonnenschirm. Es sind einige Gesellschaftsspiele (z.B. Knobelbecher, Mikado, Memory) vorhanden. Die Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die zugehörigen Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses. Die Lage des Parkplatzes, welcher zur Wohnung gehört, ist am schwarzen Brett im Hausflur auf einem Übersichtsblatt eingezeichnet. Die Nummern der gekennzeichneten Parkplätze sind nicht in einer Reihenfolge.Die Kopfkissen sind sehr einfach, sodass man vielleicht seine eigenen mitbringen sollte. Die Dusche hat einen hohen Wannenrand (ca. 30 cm) und einen schmalen Eckeinstieg (ohne Haltegriffe). WLAN ist nicht vorhanden.
