Die FeWo ist sehr schön gelegen, man hat einen weiten Blick über die Boddenwiesen. Es ist sehr ruhig und bei Westwind hört man entfernt das Meer rauschen. Leider fehlt es etwas an Behaglichkeit, z.B. hinsichtlich der Beleuchtung und auch hinsichtlich der Gestaltung der Terrasse, die wenig Privatheit bietet, weil das als Sichtschutz gedachte Grün eingegangen ist und man nun auf traurige Strünke blickt.
