Hölscher 2 - Norderney

The "Hölscher 2" holiday rental is located on "Am Fischerhafen" on the upper and top floors of a detached house with a total of 3 apartments. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. From the fishing harbour, you can walk directly to the so-called U-Deich, which takes you straight to the water and the Wadden Sea. A parking space is available right next to the house (if it’s occupied, you may park on the street). Due to the apartment’s location, it is accessible by car year-round (from the ferry terminal). Because of a steep staircase in the house, this apartment is not suitable for families with children under 5 years of age.

The apartment itself is furnished in a rustic and cosy style. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It also features a living room with an open kitchen and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. The highlight is the balcony with a direct view of the sea. Your four-legged friend is also welcome here, as the holiday rental warmly welcomes dogs. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (no taller than knee height). The dog park is located near the ferry terminal (no leash required).
