On the 4th floor with elevator.
Large terrace with awning. Panoramic view of the bay. Close to all shops and the city center.
2 large bedrooms, bathroom, wc, kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, freezer and microwave, living room with sea view. Not overlooked. Residence with caretaker. Closed individual garage on one level in the courtyard of the building.

THE SUM OF 50 € IS TO BE PAYED ON THE SITE ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL FOR THE FINAL CLEANING.

Un grand et très agréable appartement en front de mer. Vue magnifique sur la plage et la baie. Un eu bruyant car en centre ville mais pratique et vivant. Excellent accueil et contact avec la propriétaire. Je recommande

Très bien situé

Appartement bien situé, proche du centre, avec une plage de sable au pied de l'immeuble. Belle vue sur la mer. La mise à disposition du box est un grand plus. Equipement minimaliste (vaisselle) et ensemble défraîchi (canapés élimés, ne sont pas ceux de la photo). L'entretien est à revoir. Nous avons eu des problèmes avec le chauffe-eau, ampoules grillées, non fonctionnement du grille-pain... Pour les aficionados de la côte d'azur, les atouts de cet appartement pallieront largement ses petits défauts, surtout pendant la haute saison.

Appartement d’angle avec spacieuse terrasse offran

Appartement d’angle avec spacieuse terrasse offrant une vue superbe sur la baie de Juan – les – Pins, en parfait état de propreté lors de notre arrivée. La salle de bains vient d’être rénovée (Pas d’aération malheureusement). Beau mobilier en fer forgé mais petit mobilier et meubles de cuisine branlants. Nouveaux canapés en commande, solidité d’un lit à revoir. Plusieurs électroménagers tout neufs. Vu le prix demandé pour la location, on pouvait toutefois s'attendre à une prestation globalement supérieure au niveau de la qualité du mobilier. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
