Great location, great apartment!

We especially enjoyed the apartment layout with access to the terrass from all rooms and the spacious terrass. Well equipped. The location is great with not to tiring walk distance to the beach and close to supermarket. Many Thanks Matthieu for this excellent stay!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, perfekte Grundausstattung mit vielen nützlichen und liebevollen Details. Besonders ist der Innenhof mit privatem Parkplatz. Die große eingezäunte Terrasse war klasse für Kinder und Hund.Die Lage ist gut, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Restaurants und Supermärkten.Die Kommunikation mit Yvan war super und er ist sehr entgegenkommend. Für uns eine tolle Zeit, wir kommen wieder!

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé

Nous avons séjournés en famille avec des enfants et c'était parfait. L'appartement est très bien equipé et correspond à la description. Il y avait juste un problème avec le lave vaisselle mais le gérant s'est toute de suite occuppé. Le contact avec le gérant est très fluide et il a même apporté un lit supplémentaire pour mon fils. Le seul bémol est le voisin qui ne semble pas aprrécier les enfants qui jouent sur la terasse. Sinon idéal pour les familles.

L'appartement est très agréable avec la climatisation, dans un quartier calme près de la mer. La terrasse est très grande, ombragée par des stores. Les appartements sont séparés par une belle végétation méditerranéenne.

Nous venons de passer, début Avril, un agréable séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien équipé et doté d'une superbe terrasse sans vis à vis. Proche des commerces, de la plage et de la gare. Séjour très agréable dans un appartement calme et bien situé

Les échanges ont été très fluides avec Yvan aussi bien à notre arrivée qu'à notre départ. L'appartement est situé dans un quartier et une résidence très calmes avec une place de parking attribuée, ce qui est fortement appréciable. Le bord de mer et les commerçants sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. L'appartement est un deux pièces spacieux, bien aménagé, très propre et avec une très belle terrasse donnant sur les espaces verts de la résidence. A recommander les yeux fermés !

Gemütlicher Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren für 1 Woche in diesem gemütlichen Appartement. Es ist gut ausgestattet und hat eine große Terrasse! Wir durften unseren Hund mitnehmen, was für uns sehr wichtig ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert und die Lage zum Zentrum mit den Restaurants und Geschäften günstig. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Spacieux confortable et bien situé

Une immense terrasse donnant sur le jardin arboré et fleuri de la résidence, un appartement spacieux où le propriétaire a pensé à tout pour le confort de ses hôtes. La climatisation fonctionne très bien dans la pièce de vie et la chambre. Bien que le lieu soit calme la plage et les restaurants sont à 5 minutes à pied de même que les commerces (il y a cependant un parking privé à l’intérieur de la résidence, devant la porte du hall d’entrée) L’appartement dispose de nombreux rangements, d’un wifi qui fonctionne bien et de la TV, la salle de bain est séparée des toilettes. Le séjour, la cuisine (très bien équipée) et la chambre donnent sur la terrasse par des portes-fenêtres) Le propriétaire effectue un nettoyage minutieux avant l’arrivée de ses hôtes et son accueil est chaleureux. En bref l’appartement idéal pour un séjour sur la Côte d’Azur et nous y reviendrons.

Nous avons apprécié cet appartement spacieux et son immense terrasse au rdc surélevé sans vis à vis., exposé plein sud. Le logement est très agréable, décoration soignée, dans une petite rue à sens unique très calme, proche de la mer (5mn à pieds) et des animations. Accueil sympathique et efficace de la propriétaire, nous reviendrons certainement !

Appartement très propre et très lumineux, donnant sur une superbe terrasse sans aucun vis à vis, au rez de chaussée, vue sur jardin , calme, situé à deux pas de la mer . Propriétaire accueillant et sympathique. Vraiment rien à redire , logement impeccable correspondant à la description Bonnes vacances aux futurs locataires Merci à la famille Perre et particulièrement au jeune fils qui a su nous donner de précieux conseils.

Fantastic Value in the Center of Juan-les-Pins

My wife and I were able to stay at the property for a week in July of 2016. The owner, Yvan, was a gracious host who accommodated any requests that we had in a prompt and friendly manner. He even went so far as to be flexible on our check-in time as we were traveling to the area by car from far away. The property itself is extremely spacious with an oversized terrace which lets in plenty of light during the day. More important for us was the location itself which proved to be very central and quiet at the same time. You are within walking distance of a number of restaurants and supermarkets as well as most importantly the beach. On site secured parking is available and proved quite useful given that the free street parking was often occupied in the area and therefore it was one less worry to have. The rooms in the apartment are all quite large including the kitchen where you can prepare meals in case you are not in the mood to go out. The bed in the bedroom was quite comfortable and although not used we saw that there was an additional fold out bed in addition to the couch which turned into a bed. Overall, my wife and I were quite pleased with our stay and would be more than happy to return!
