Apt. 5 people Antibes July quiet, shady park, sea, swimming pool

In Cap d'Antibes (ANTIBESJUAN of Town LES PINS), studio-cabin for 5 people, recently renovated and constantly maintained, 37 m2 (including terrace 9 m2, where we take all their meals in July, giving on shady park).
Residence Pierre & Vacances with hospitality and services.

Separate cabin from the rest of the apartment with sleeping 2 people (bunk beds).
(Allow the sheets, or kit available at reception € 8 per pair in 2014).

Fully equipped kitchen: fridge / freezer, hob, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery dishes. With dining area: table and 4 chairs.

Living room: a sofa bed one person and a sofa bed (160cms wide), 2 persons. (bring sheets and pillowcases) or kit available at reception € 8 2014 the pair price)
Low table. LED TV wall.

9m2 terrace in the sun until 13h with garden furniture: round table and 4 chairs, where we take all their meals in July.
Overlooks shady park (very relaxing view and very quiet).
Kits available at the reception (2014 prices):
- Cleaning: € 3
- Towels: € 7
- Sheets (see above)
Small shopping center in the residence.

Very close (walking) to shops and sandy beaches (Antibes and Juan les Pins): 500m.

Possibility parking garage in the basement, paid (see in advance with the reception for booking € 55 / week in 2014) parking on the edge of the residence, another public 500 m.


Pool reserved for occupants of the residence.

Possibility to practice all water sports + golf, tennis, biking, karting, fishing, etc ...

50% deposit on booking, the balance to be received 15 days before arrival.

FIFTH YEAR WITHOUT PRICES INCREASE SINCE 2012 UNCHANGED: 500 € per week for the entire month (from 2 to 30 July).
The professional rate of MAEVA, for the same location, with the same equipment, the same location was 729 euros per week in July 2013, and € 769 in July 2014, € 779 in July 2015.

L'appartement manque de confort au niveau de la climatisation car la pièce de 6 M2 avec lit superposé sans fenêtre c 'est très très limite les enfants ont dormi sur le balcon et le ventilateur Dyson n'a pas suffit pour l'ensemble de l'appartement et prévoir une haute aspirante pour les repas....

Appt adapté pour 4 personnes
Bel appartement . Adapté pour 4 personnes maximum.. Prendre une place de parking en sous sol sinon quasi impossible de se garer à proximité.. Un point négatif il manque un peu de vaisselle et couverts ainsi que le nécessaire pour faire le ménage ( serpillière. Seau . Le nécessaire pour vitre .) Et enfin un ventilateur pour le coin enfant .. Sinon rien à redire ,nous avons passé un séjour agréable.

Cet appartement est spacieux, calme et bien équipé. La terrasse sur laquelle nous avons pris tous nos repas a été très appréciée. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de conseils sur les visites à faire dans les environs. Je vous recommande vivement cette location. Nous aurons peut être le plaisir d'y revenir...

Why they chose this property

I inherited in 2005 by an inter vivos gift of an apartment on the GRAU DU ROI (Gard) and so I had during my vacation to cushion the € 1,000 annual charge that cost me the property in July Antibes, which must be added the cost of the ad. This is a timeshare PIERRE & HOLIDAYS. I bought in 1982 at the S.C.I. THE Tanit (whose construction had been completed), shares entitling me to ownership of two fortnights of July.
The charges include maintenance and replacement of furniture and equipment for the apartment is always a level of comfort.
However, I prefer by far the charm of the Cote d'Azur where I had family (NICE) in the Camargue.
These are two very different regions except the climate and the presence of the Mediterranean Sea.

What makes this property unique

Ideally located in one of the most beautiful regions of France, the Cote d'Azur.
Sea and shops in the immediate vicinity on foot. View shady park where the pool reserved for occupants of the residence.

Many visits, excursions, walks to nearby walk and drive to Frejus CHIN until early Italian cities VINTIMILLE, SAN REMO.

Opportunity to practice a large number of activities in totally different genres.
