Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung – aber Achtung bei Raumaufteilung & PreisangabenWir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns insgesamt wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv möchten wir die Sauberkeit und die sehr gute Ausstattung hervorheben – hier merkt man, dass viel Wert auf Komfort und Ordnung gelegt wird. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und angenehm.Ein wichtiger Hinweis für Familien mit kleinen Kindern: Der Gaming-Raum gehört zwar zur Buchung, ist aber eine separate Wohnung, die nur über den öffentlichen Hausflur zu erreichen ist. Zwar liegen die Türen direkt gegenüber, jedoch befinden sich die Schlafmöglichkeiten (Hochbetten) in diesem Raum. Für uns mit kleinen Kindern war es deshalb nicht möglich, diese dort schlafen zu lassen, da sie nachts nicht allein über den Flur zur Toilette hätten gehen können. Dadurch konnten wir den Raum kaum nutzen.Zur Buchungsplattform selbst: Die Preisgestaltung empfanden wir leider als wenig transparent. Erst kurz vor Abschluss der Buchung wurden zusätzliche Kosten sichtbar, zum Beispiel:70 Reinigungsgebühr59,50 Servicegebühr (die zudem den Frühbucherrabatt mindert)zusätzliche Kosten für Bettwäsche und HandtücherHier würden wir uns mehr Klarheit und frühere Kostentransparenz wünschen, um den Gesamtpreis besser einschätzen zu können.Trotz dieser Punkte war unser Urlaub sehr schön, und wir würden die Unterkunft insgesamt weiterempfehlen, besonders an Gäste ohne klein

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft!Ein für mich wichtiger Hinweis: Wie im Grundriss ersichtlich, ist das "Kinderzimmer" (oder auch "Gaming Room", der im übrigen natürlich bei unseren Kindern sehr gut ankam) nicht in der eigentlichen Wohnung, sondern über den Hausflur des Mehrfamilienhauses zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung und das Zimmer durch ein Zahlenschloss zu öffnen. Diese Konstellation ist nicht für jeden geeignet (nächtlicher Toilettengang z.B.). Für uns hat es soweit gepasst, es ist also kein Mangel, aber ggf. muss man sich eben drauf einstellen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, als wir noch etwas brauchten. Bäcker und Supermarkt in zwei Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Parken ist etwas schwierig, aber dafür ist man eben mitten in der Stadt.Alles in allem also eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung, wenn man mit dem oben erwähnten keine Probleme hat.
