House in the Heart of the Vineyards
Located in the very heart of the estate's vineyards and designed to accommodate up to 10 people, this place is ideal for relaxing with family or friends.
The house features a beautiful living area open to a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Three bedrooms are at your disposal, as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom.
The south-facing terrace offers a breathtaking view of the vineyards for a true change of scenery. You can enjoy our pond to relax (swimming is not permitted).
The private pool is accessible from mid-June, depending on weather conditions.
Ideally located just 15 minutes from the medieval town of Saint-Émilion, the house is the perfect starting point for exploring the region's vineyards and châteaux.
You can also plan a day trip to the ocean, with the town of Arcachon about 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.
Beautiful bike rides are possible in the surroundings, with rolling landscapes and lovely outings in the forest. Two riding centers are located in the village for those who wish to discover the region on horseback.
For golf enthusiasts, the Grand Saint Emilionnais Golf Club is just 5 minutes away by car.
