Great location, walking distance to center of town and restaurants. House is tiny, ok for small group. Outside setup was disappointing. No comfortable areas to sit at and only seating for two on deck, quite run day outdoor furniture. Indoor was recently renovated, clean and functional.

Beautiful beach house

Very light and spacious house with lovely views across the bay. Comfortable beds and well equiiped kitchen. Decor and overall appearance and finish looks better than photos on the website.

Great Location

This is a great location to explore the town and also the marina of Arcachon. Very easy to find and get out of town by car if you want to explore the area. Lots of restaurants within a short walking distance. Located right on a lovely sandy beach which doesn't get too busy. Main house has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom. Another double bedroom which is accessed by the courtyard. Kitchen and living room are open plan with doors leading out onto the small terrace and fantastic views of the beach and sea. Kitchen is very well equipped. Would stay there again.

The property was a lovely small detached house within the grounds of a larger property. It had direct access from the back terrace onto the beautiful beach of Arcachon Bay. The views over the bay from the master bedroom, lounge and sun terrace on the first floor were stunning. The beds and lounge furniture were comfortable, with a table and chairs both in the kitchen and on the back terrace. The house was well equipped on the whole though a few more chopping boards and large glasses would have been handy. The house was very clean and the linens were spotless. The showers were wonderful. The hostess welcomed us and was very kind although Vrbo sent us through an incorrect code for the gate to get into the private parking at the front of the house. The only downside was that there is a wooden boardwalk and cycle path right outside the house on the beach. As the house has no air conditioning it is lovely to have the windows open for the sea breeze but it means that you can be disturbed by bikes clanking over the wooden boardwalk and people chatting loudly as they walk home. This goes on all day and almost all through the night. Bring your earplugs! Otherwise it is a wonderful house on a beautiful beach in a gorgeous town full of things to do!

Bonjour, Je voulais remercier le propriétaire pour la tenue de sa maison ainsi que l'emplacement qui était bien conforme à nos attentes. La plage sous les pieds et sous les yeux (la vue de la chambre "front de mer" au premier étage justifie à elle seul la location), la tranquillité tout en étant à 2 minutes à pied des premiers commerces permettent repos et évasion, de vraies vacances en fait! Nous pratiquons depuis une trentaine d'années des vacances en villa "première ligne" sur le bassin d'Arcachon, et la villa de Sébastien a tous les atouts pour apprécier cette vie un peu détachée du réel. Très bien situé et très propre. Près de tous les commerces et surtout une superbe vue sur l’eau. Nous avons été reçus par Sébastien qui nous a fait visiter la maison et expliquer le fonctionnement de tout. Il était très gentil et surtout disponible si nous avions des questions. À recommander.

Nous avons adoré

Une situation idéale pour cette location avec accès direct sur la plage. Les commerces et restaurants sont à 5mn à pied. La maison est très propre et la literie au top. À noter toutefois, l'absence de penderie dans la chambre en rez-de-jardin et les escaliers qui peuvent gêner les personnes à mobilité réduite. Mais quelle vue depuis le salon et la chambre !!!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable la maison est idéalement située et la vue magnifique c’est dommage de ne pas trouver des produits de première nécessité comme du papier toilette et quelques capsules à café car cela oblige à sortir faire des courses à peine arrivés ce qu’on a pas forcément envie de faire après 6/7 heures de route. Il est indiqué départ à 11:00 sur l’annonce et on nous demande de partir à 10:00... peut-être les horaires sont ils à harmoniser. Malgré ces petits détails vous êtes sur de passer un séjour super au pavillon de la plage ! ;-)
