Very cosy, comfortable single-family house, surrounded by trees. 2.5 km from the centre of Villasimius, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach, in the countryside. For shared use: garden (fenced) with plants and trees. 800 m long bumpy motor access. Parking at the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Bar Ariete" 200 m, sandy beach "Campus" 500 m. Sports harbour 3 km, golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Nearby attractions: Punta Molentis 3 km, Costa Rei 15 km, Cagliari 55 km. Please note: car recommended.
