The Pavillon St Clair with neat interior decoration is located on Mont St Clair facing south looking at the sea. Located on the same plot of 1000 M2 as our own villa but with an individual entrance, each house is located at an opposite end of the land which allows everyone's independence. Free outdoor parking, so go down on foot (allow about 10 minutes) in the Corniche district where there are shops, restaurants, casino games and the beach nearby. Pavilion with a beautiful terrace overlooking a garden planted with Mediterranean species of cacti, pines, almond, olive, mimosas enjoy the sun in total discretion in a magnificent area with exterior walls of cuttlefish. Very rare in Sète you will be enchanted by the calm and the authentic aspect of your holidays. All year round, take advantage of an excellent starting point to visit the city and the region.

Comfortable, quiet stay

My partner and I came for Worldwide Festival. The location was great, ~20 mins walking to the different stages, and close to shops and restaurants. It's tucked away from the main roads, making it a nice quiet spot to relax. We had everything we needed and the place was very comfortable, surrounded by nice gardens. It was very hot when we arrived but the hosts responded very quickly, providing an A/C unit that worked perfectly.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit Charme

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem entzückenden kleinen Ferienhaus. Die Terasse mit Meerblick (!), die tolle Umgebung auf dem Mt Saint Clair und der abgeschlossene Bereich lassen einen richtig gut entspannen. Bei Fragen sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und kümmern sich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand sind fussläufig erreichbar. Achtung! der Weg den Berg hoch ist nicht zu unterschätzen ;-). Wie Vormieter schon geschrieben haben gibt es allerdings auch Mücken, was sich bei der Fensterkonstruktion aber nicht vermeiden läßt. Der Pavillion und Sète sind auf alle Fälle einen Aufenthalt wert.

La seule suggestion d’amélioration: des moustiquaires seraient utiles à cause des moucherons. Merci pour ce bon séjour ! Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Petite maisonette mignonne bien équipée

Tous ce qui est nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable et tranquille. Juste bien pour deux personne. La cuisine était bien équipée. Tous était comme inscrit dans l’annonce. La propriétaire Sylvie bien aimable. Le Chemin de la Pipe est plein de surprise 😮faites attention en sortant, il est très étroit et beaucoup de traffic. Sete est un endroit très joli. Les plages, le mont St Clair et le vieux centre ville. Nous avons passe une semaine agréable dans la chaleur impeccable de fin de Septembre du sud de La France. Merci Eija et Jaakko de Finlande.
