Summer kitchen, swimming pool 10x5,50. 6 independent rooms including one in mezzanine. 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets, large living areas, several large terraces in the shade and sun that allow you to live outside. Magnificent view overlooking the water with the Sainte-Victoire mountain in the background. No vis à vis. All shops nearby. 35 km from Arles, near the Alpilles. 20 km from the Blue Coast 50km from Marseille and Aix-en-Provence, large Provencal market on Tuesday. Tranquility and rest assured ... swimming in the sea at the pond or pool. Fishing, beach at 1km where you can practice paddle, kayak, windsurfing, dinghy, scooter .. Istres is a city full of beautiful places to discover for those who love the charm of Provence. Many activities during the day and evening punctuate every week of the summer. Perfect stay

We spent two weeks in this wonderful house, much better than expected. Insane view, great outdoor areas etc. and a very nice host. Couldn’t be happier.

Nice house with a beautifull view

The house, garden and swimmingpool are very nice. It is better then it looks on the photos. The view over the lake is awesome. We had a great stay with 6 adults and 5 children. Only thing that we missed much was airconditioning in the bethrooms. It was very warm those days so also in the bethrooms. alsofffffinthe bethrooms.

Super vacances

Nous avons passés 10 jours entre amis, avec notre bébé de 7 mois dans cette maison superbe avec une vue à couper le souffle dont nous ne nous sommes pas lassés. Catherine l'hôte à été très accueillante et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Lit parapluie, tapis d'eveik avec jouets, chaise haute ont été mis à notre disposition pour notre petit. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter et nous y retournerons certainement !

Le Gros pb c’était la pression d’eau. Les douches étaient compliquées. C’était chacun son tour tellement la pression était faible. L’étage serait à refaire entièrement mais ça c’est un autre pb; il faudrait gagner un peu de sous au loto. En sommes les reste était plutôt sympa. Merci à Catherine

Villa mit traumhaftem Seeblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der großzügigen Villa sehr genossen. Wir waren mit drei Familien mit insgesamt 6 Kindern und 6 Erwachsenen dort. Jede Familie hatte genug Platz für sich. Die tolle Terrasse mit Seeblick haben wir viel genutzt,aber auch das Wohnzimmer bietet mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool reicht zum Abkühlen und Plantschen für die Kinder. Dieser ist nicht sehr tief;so daß in unserem Fall selbst der 5-Jährige stehen konnte.Für ausgedehntes Schwimmen waren wir viel am See. Wir können diese Villa für die Ferien wirklich empfehlen;der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La villa révée pour des vacances en famille

Accueil très sympathique par la propriétaire ! Les chambres sont spacieuses et très agréables avec une vue sublime sur l'étang de Berre. La maison a une grande capacité d’accueil du coup nous avons pu venir en famille sans être les uns sur les autres. Nous avons fait tous nos repas dehors sur la terrasse ombragée, avec la plancha mise à notre disposition. Depuis Istres nous avons pu rayonner à Marseille, Aix et en Camargue en moins d'une heure. C'est idéal pour découvrir la Provence. Il y a même un plage accessible à pied. Le plus de cette villa, la piscine...extra pour les jeux en famille et sécurisée pour les enfants. Je recommande cette location pour vos vacances ! N’hésitez plus!

un petit paradis

vacances de rêve dans cette belle villa provencale. accueil de la proprietaire tres chaleureux, maison spatieuse. On a sejourné ici avec 2 couples d'amis et leurs enfants, nous étions 12. 6 adultes et 6 enfants. chaque couple avait sa chambre les filles avaient une chambre pour elles et les 4 garcons ont investit la grande mezzanine. la piscine est grande, pas trop profonde ce qui a permis aux enfants d y jouer. calme assuré dans les colines mais à 1 4 d'heure a pied du centre du village. vue dominante sur l'etang où nous allions nous baigner (plage à 1,5 km) On a vécu à l'exterieur BBQ plancha plusieurs terrasses avec chacune salon de jardin.
