The kitchenette is equipped with essential appliances, such as an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and filter coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning in the living room, high-speed internet, and amenities to make everyday life easier, including a portable clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The property is equipped with an elevator, and parking is available right below the building, under a covered roof, with easy access and a 2-meter-high gate. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. The apartment is located in Niechorze, just off the quiet, green Parkowa Street, just a few minutes walk (about 0.3 km) from the wide, sandy beach. This location allows guests to enjoy daily direct access to the sea without the need to commute. In a few minutes (about 0.4 km) you can reach the seaside promenade and the pier in Niechorze - places ideal for morning jogs, bike trips or evening strolls with a view of the setting sun. In summer, the area comes alive - stalls, animations and attractions for families with children appear, and bike or beach equipment rentals make it easy to organize the day. Near the apartment is the Lighthouse in Niechorze (0.9 km) - one of the most characteristic points of Western Pomerania. From its top there is an impressive view of the sea, the cliff coast and the surrounding towns. Just a few minutes' walk separates the apartment from Lake Liwia Luza (approx. 1.5 km) - a protected nature reserve, which is a habitat for numerous species of birds and a perfect place for a quiet walk among the greenery. It is a natural body of water, which, in addition to its scenic value, is also of great natural significance. An additional attraction for families and lovers of local history is the Seaside Narrow Gauge Railway, which runs in summer - the station is located just 0.6 km from the apartment. A train ride on the Gryfice-Trzęsacz-Niechorze route is a great form of sightseeing in the region and an opportunity to see the seaside towns from a completely different perspective. The area around the apartment is quiet and safe, ideal for a relaxing stay by the sea. Due to the intimate nature of the village, the most convenient way to get around is on foot and by bicycle - numerous routes lead towards Pogorzelica (3 km), Rewal (5 km) and Trzęsacz (7 km). Seasonal bus and train connections also allow efficient access to other attractions in the region. This is a place that combines proximity to nature with the convenience of everyday recreation.
