You enter the holiday home through an inviting foyer that leads to a small entry hall with direct access to the open kitchen and the light-filled living room. The living room is cosily furnished with two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a wood-burning stove—ideal for relaxing holiday days any time of year.

The modern, open kitchen is fully equipped and offers all necessary appliances: a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, a ceramic cooktop with oven, and a refrigerator with freezer are all available.

The dining area is located in the same room and offers a wonderful view of the private garden and the patio.
From here, you can step directly outside, where patio furniture, a parasol, and a gas grill are ready for relaxing moments.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds. A separate guest bathroom completes the layout on this floor.

The stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower is located on the ground floor and provides additional comfort.

A private parking space on the driveway right next to the house provides space for your car (parking at your own risk).
