Current Notice: Work is currently underway in Laboe to renovate the sewer system. Various areas of the town centre are affected, particularly from the spa park to the Förde hiking trail. Depending on the progress of construction, there may be occasional disruptions due to construction traffic, noise, rerouted paths, or restricted access. The nature, scope, and exact location of the work are subject to change on short notice. As of now, the work is expected to continue until 2027.

This modern, 30 m² one-room apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible by lift (100x100 cm); it accommodates 2 people.

Small but charming—the living/sleeping area of this enchanting apartment has been furnished with great care. By the window is a cosy dining area from which you’ll enjoy a stunning view of Laboe Harbour and the Kiel Fjord. The modern kitchenette is equipped with an induction stove, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. You’ll sleep soundly in the comfortable double bed (160x200 cm). From there, too, you’ll have a great view of the water. In the hallway, you’ll find a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a coat rack. The en-suite bathroom features light-colored tile.

You can park your car approximately 200 metres from the apartment on Buerbarg, a cul-de-sac, in garage space No. 44 (500x260 cm). Please note the maximum clearance height of 200 cm (larger cars and vans must find a public parking space elsewhere). Alternatively, we offer you the option to rent a parking space from us for a fee, subject to availability.

Please understand that this holiday rental is a smoke-free property. Pets are not permitted.
