Good facilities but poor management

The facilities (apartment, pool, sauna) are great, in good condition and clean. However, the management needs to be improved. The shower drain clogged every day. There was only a single waste bag and 3 rolls of toilet paper provided for an entire week for 5 people. The spot lights in the kitchen were not functioning. I had reserved a parking spot with charging capability, but no parking spot was available when we arrived. We parked on a spot labeled with the name of the residence, but was sold.
