Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay in Collioure, the apartment is as described - practical and comfortable in a great location. Communication was impeccable throughout. We would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you Christian & Geraldine.

TrĂšs bon accueil de FrĂ©dĂ©ric. Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© et bien entretenu. Mais il est nĂ©cessaire d’envisager l’installation d’une climatisation car semaine la plus chaude de l’annĂ©e. PrĂ©voir 50 € pour une semaine de parking pour le vĂ©hicule.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in der NÀhe des Strands

Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Angaben des Vermieters. Der Kontakt mit dem Verwalter war sehr angenehm, es gibt ĂŒberhaupt nichts zu kritisieren. Der Ort ist sehr schön, allerdings sehr touristisch.

PROBLEME DE PARKING

bon sĂ©jour dans l'ensemble , appartement conforme Ă  la description , sauf bĂ©mol , il y a pas de " PARKING " donc prĂ©voir quand mĂȘme abonnement pour le parking de 50 euro pour la semaine et mĂȘme pas sur de trouver une place ... rĂ©sultat 2 heures par soir pour se garer . si vous voulez ĂȘtre tranquille il faut pas bouger de collioure ... sinon assai proche de la plage et des commerces . je recommande quand mĂȘme se logement .

Excellent séjour familial

Appartement extrĂȘmement bien Ă©quipĂ© (vaisselle, Ă©lectromĂ©nager, jeux , livres, dvd, tout le nĂ©cessaire d'entretien,...) idĂ©alement situĂ© (Ă  peine 200 m de la plage). Mention spĂ©ciale Ă  FrĂ©dĂ©ric qui a su rendre notre sĂ©jour agrĂ©able et un grand merci pour la mise en place de ventilateurs pour nous qui ne sommes pas habituĂ©s Ă  la chaleur. Bon a savoir : Il existe peu de places de stationnement gratuites (FrĂ©dĂ©ric saura vous les indiquer) qui peuvent ĂȘtre rapidement prises d'assaut, surtout si vous rentrez tard le soir. Mieux vaut donc prĂ©voir un petit budget parking au cas oĂč. Nous sommes ravis de nos vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
