Arguably the best location on Boyneland!
There are so many wonderful things about this unit to say! This 100 % slope-side, truly Ski-in/out condo, is everything you could hope for in your next vacation getaway. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This is a rare upper-level disciples village condo, with it's own washer and dryer and dedicated private WiFi, so no more sharing the internet with the rest of the resort!
The master suite has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom upstairs has two queen beds and a bathroom. The living room also affords a sleeper sofa for added sleeping space. Stand alone, this home can accommodate up to 12 guests at one time. The basement is a two bedroom condo, that can be rented in conjunction with this home, with an additional full kitchen and laundry area, that extends the sleeping capacity to 20 if needed. The additional unit can be found on our website under 691 Disciples Village.
Within the home, all the bedrooms have new flat screen TVs and there is a 65 inch flat screen TV in the living room, and TV's in all the bedrooms for your added enjoyment. The condo does have quite a few steps to get up to it, as its the King of the Hill, and is located directly on the slope!
With multiple units that are in nearby buildings, we are also able to accommodate multiple large groups, family reunions or even corporate retreats. Check out Condo #692. This condo shares our building.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.

Excellent property perfectly located for multi-day ski trip

Great apartment for 6 adults and dog. Located right off ski run for ultimate convenience and flexibility for skiing. Definitely would recommend and rent again for next ski trip to Boyne.

Perfect for a family with pet

We loved our stay at this condo. It was a great location for our kids and dogs. They could run trails along side condo and run around the ski hill. We went during October and the atmosphere was beautiful. The condo was very clean and cozy. Plus well updated too. Communication was great and helpful with owners. We can’t wait to stay at this location again especially during the winter for a perfect ski in/out situation.

Great getaway

We had an awesome stay at Boyne Mountain! This property had plenty of room for all of us! The only thing missing was a grill. What a great location to do all the things Boyne Mountain has to offer and to venture out to Charlevoix, Petoskey, and Gaylord. We’ll be back for sure!

Perfect for a ski trip!

This is truly ski in/ski out. Literally walk 15 feet out the back door and go ski down the mountain. Take a lift back up and ski practically into the back door when you need a break. We loved it and we'll probably be back here again!

Boyne Mountain Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The master bedroom has no door handle. My 17 month grandson slept there. Never saw this anywhere before. Makes no sense. The upstairs shower pressure was very low. Dishwasher was not functioning properly, needs to be looked at. More cleaning supplies would have been nice, for example to clean the counter top. Lots of stairs to climb. I know this is not an Boyne property, but would have been nice to have some of the Boyne amenities available. Aside from these issues the place was nice and we had a good time.

Beautiful location and condo!

This was the perfect condo for our family. We brought out two children and their spouses. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms we were all really comfortable. Rain had us staying in for part of our trip. We enjoyed wine and charcuterie evenings and days for exploring north MI. There are nearby hikes and lots of quaint towns to explore. The condo’s wifi and tv worked perfect. We were able to get online and watch Netflix when we wanted to. The kitchen was well equipped. We cooked big breakfasts with ease. Thanks for providing a lovely property!

Condo is clean and comes with everything you would need. The only downside is the upstairs water pressure is extremely low. Making the shower almost useless. There are two full baths downstairs that work great. Would also be nice to have more seating in the living room with a sectional or loveseat.

There was plenty of room and the unit was clean and well furnished with all that we needed (kitchen items, family games etc). The location was fantastic! It was quiet and beautiful. Boyne Mt. was also a great location because it’s an easy drive to many nearby water towns, giving our family the opportunity for day trips (Petoskey, Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Mackinaw Island). The property management company was easy to work with and made sure everything went smoothly.

It is a bit dated and needs some repairs but everything functioned just fine. It was very clean except for the pans and dishes--they were not clean, which was a disappointment to us. That is a minor issue to resolve and all-n-all, I would recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything we needed--from dishes to hand and laundry soap! We found the staff very courteous, and quick to respond to our minor issue (cable on the main living area television). Our only issue with the property was the location. This unit is in the very back of Disciples Village--at the top of the bunny hill. A great location for winter skiing, but we were far from the pool and the 58 steps were daunting when carrying in our food and suitcases. Aside from this MINOR inconvenience--we loved our stay!

Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo-the bedrooms are comfortably spacious, the beds are very comfortable, glad to have a bathroom for each bedroom, nice to have a washer and dryer, great location. The only downside is the common living space is too small for the number of people who can sleep there. There is not enough room for everyone to sit in the living room because if you pull the table out so people can sit on all sides of it then the walkway between the table and the coffee table would be too narrow. - living space looked bigger in the photos. This would be ok for 6 adults. We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 0-8. Still, we enjoyed our stay!

Clean rental

The unit was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful with any situation that arose. Example: broken coffee carafe and loss of power due to circuit breaker.We had 8 adults + (1) 4 month old. Bedroom accommodations were very comfortable and clean. Only complaint was the water pressure, which was not as strong as preferred. Steps up to the unit can be tiring. Used it as our daily workout! I could see how this would be an amazing unit for skiers with the ski-up patio. But, for us in the summer, not a big enough patio to enjoy. Living area is quite small for large groups.

Nice property but needs attention

The foremost issue was that upon checking in the AC was not working at all, and on a near 90f ambient day the indoor temps were above 80 throughout the first evening and night. Call to manager only indicated that similar problem was exhibited before. She stated that maintenance would investigate next day. It was fixed while we were gone boating that day so upon returning it was back down to low 70s. Otherwise the accommodations were nice but overall value only average at best. Some minor window issues and beds needing better mattresses would make it more comfortable. Otherwise nice kitchen and smaller living area. Enjoyed our weekend though it could had been less annoying the first day

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would only use this 690 Disciples and this company as a last resort. The A/C went out the first night of our stay. We contacted the management company and received a response of "Ok Thanks". They did not attempt to fix the issue. After our stay on 6/17/25, I contacted the company to ask for a discount for the A/C not working, I was told I would receive a 5% discount (I have it in writing). Weeks went by with no refund. I contacted them again on 7/9/25 and their response was "Sorry, it was not approved." Again, there are plenty of options up there, choose a company who will work hard to make your stay comfortable and who will be honest and follow through.
