Dust and hair everywhere and not recently remodeled
The owners claimed this facility was recently remodeled, but it clearly was not unless a fresh coat of paint counts as a remodel. Chairs were completely worn out and uncomfortable for working remote, as the cushion was well below the frame of the chair like a bowling ball had been repeatedly dropped on it. Pan also had the nonstick coating pealing off.
There was dust and dog hair (dog food was on the floor) everywhere and it was clear this condo was not recently cleaned, although the bed was made. Large amounts of dust were on the bathroom fan, space heater (which we didn't use), tops of pictures, tops of door trim, and on top of the window curtains. The curtains were also stained, window sill dirty with hair, dirt, and dead bugs, and windows didn't latch easily.
If you do chose to stay here, you'll have to register your own vehicle to the town parking website, but disregard their poor parking instructions. Look at the 2 metal signs below the wooden lot sign. It will tell you when towing will occur, as this happens twice a week anytime snow is in the lot. Due to the confusing message, we incurred a towing expense of $280.
Lastly, these owners are clearly slumlording out their condos and Vrbo will do nothing about it unless you call them immediately upon check-in or during your stay. Unlike other online BnB type places, their support will not do anything after your stay is complete and will force you to work things out with owners, who don't dust or vaccum between stays.
