The brand-new apartment offers mountain and sea views with step-free access throughout and natural ventilation with excellent natural lighting. Beach towels, baby crib, highchair, and toys and books for children are provided for your convenience.
Step outside to your private uncovered terrace and enjoy the shared saltwater outdoor pool featuring loungers, children's water toys, and a children's slide. The shared garden area includes a grill for outdoor dining, and shared table tennis is available for entertainment. The beach and mountains are nearby for exploring.
Shared parking is available at the property. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment but permitted on the outdoor terrace. Events are not permitted on the property.
