Beautiful duplex next to the sea in Caletillas, Candelaria. Lovingly decorated, with a large terrace where you can have breakfast while looking at the sea. With two bedrooms, capacity for 4 people, fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking and parking space. With an unbeatable location, just a few minutes from the beach and the seafront avenue, where you can enjoy its typical food restaurants and breathe the atmosphere of the area.Divided into two floors, this house is ideal for families and business trips, as it can accommodate up to 4 people. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room, a toilet and a large outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, where you can sunbathe or have lunch. On the ground floor are two pleasant bedrooms with ceiling fans and a bathroom. With 300 mb fibre Wifi internet, parking space and two nice communal swimming pools with sea views.Strategically located, just a few minutes from the beach and the promenade, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes.The house has a fridge, oven, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen, shower towels, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 300 mb Wifi Internet, parking space and communal swimming pool.

Check-in after 10 p.m. incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Lovely apartment, great location!

We spent almost 3 weeks at this cute little apartment and had a great time! The place was clean and comfortable, well equipped, and in a great location. It was quiet in the evenings and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and especially appreciated the sunshield. The parking spot provided in adjacent lot was super helpful, as it gets pretty busy on the weekend. I would definitely stay here again. Property management team was great also!
