Enjoy a private garden nestled among pine trees, offering a unique blend of nature and tranquility. The private terrace features a plancha grill, perfect for shared meals, while the balcony provides extra outdoor space. A ping-pong table is available for all ages to enjoy. A swimming pool will be added for summer 2026.



The house, fully renovated in 2024, highlights traditional Hossegor architecture and is tastefully decorated. Spacious bedrooms offer comfortable bedding. From this quiet neighborhood, you can reach the town center and lake in 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike, and the beaches in 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car.



The home includes a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV with video on demand, washer, dryer, game console, and a dedicated workspace.



Parking is available on the property, and public transport is easily accessible. Events are not permitted. A tennis court is just steps away.



Bike rentals, surf lessons, golf lessons, and boat trips are available for an extra charge.
