Ahoy and a warm welcome to our cosy holiday rental, “Petje’s 7”! At “Alter Damenpfad 3,” you’ll enjoy a quiet yet central location—just 500 m away from the North Sea!

With a cosy living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a hallway with a coat closet, and a balcony, the holiday rental can accommodate up to 3 people (including a toddler, if applicable). Bright and lovingly furnished rooms await you—ideal for feeling completely at home on holiday. Nautical accessories provide that authentic North Sea flair; and underfloor heating guarantees cosy warmth on cooler days.

You can truly unwind on the sunny, covered balcony of our “Petje’s 7 Holiday Rental.” Just letting your mind wander here in the sunshine and fresh North Sea air is a wonderful holiday experience! A small side table with chairs invites you to sit together, eat, or read.

The cosy living room is furnished with, among other things, a sofa corner and a 55-inch Smart TV. In the adjoining open kitchen, you can quickly and easily prepare delicious meals or snacks for your outing. It’s equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a small dining table, among other things. As a coffee lover, you can choose between a classic coffee maker and a Senseo fully automatic machine.

Two separate bedrooms offer you comfortable places to retreat. One is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), the other with a single bed (90 x 200 cm). For cosy TV viewing from bed, both bedrooms feature a Smart TV (32 inches).

In the modern bathroom, you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a day at the beach. A separate toilet with an adjoining storage room makes your daily bathroom routines more convenient.

Of course, you’re welcome to park right in front of the house for convenient loading and unloading of your luggage. Long-term parking is available behind the house. If you’d like to drive during your holiday, you can park your vehicle for free in a public car park outside the red zone (e.g., the “Am Langen Wasser” car park, which is right nearby).

Free Wi-Fi is available in this holiday rental at no additional cost (100 Mbps).

Notes: A cot and high chair can be added to your reservation. Operating and feature guides are located in a separate folder in the drawer under the TV. The apartment has a washing machine that you are welcome to use. There is a parking space for bicycles. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed; we appreciate your understanding.

At the “Alter Damenpfad 3” house on Borkum, you can look forward to a wonderfully relaxing holiday. Your holiday rental is located just 500 metres from the beach!

The property is situated in the traffic-calmed “red zone”—very central yet quiet. The alley is a small, single-lane street open to residents only.
Just 500 metres away, you’ll find Borkum’s beautiful North Beach, which invites you to relax with its wide sunbathing areas, numerous beach chairs, and a wide range of sports activities.
Shopping options as well as cosy restaurants and pubs are also within easy walking distance. You don’t even need a bike!

The building contains a total of 10 residential units, which are used for various purposes. Some of them are occupied exclusively by the owners and long-term tenants; only a few are available for rent.
