I am a Texas Real Estate Agent, my husband and myself love to have friends, family and guests come on down, relax, go to the beach and enjoy our condo!! I also have done a lot of property management and vacation rentals so we decided to start a family business and purchase properties we currently have 2 on Padre Island.
Why they chose this property
The location is just 2 blocks from the beach and the décor makes you feel like you are at the beach. The extra's amenities that Beach Club has will always give you something to do :) Plus we are just minutes from the Waves Waterpark ( previously Schlitterbahn)
What makes this property unique
Nice open floor plan and all of the space for 7 guest sleeping spaces and 3 TV's makes this condo a relaxing getaway! Cable Tv in all 3 rooms and Wi-Fi are available. Heated pool, work out room & sauna. Close by are BBQ Grills, Relaxing Gazebo for that afternoon or evening place to just RELAX!, First Floor Unit and Parking is right outside and added guest parking for cars or Boat are available for guests.
