Located in Saint-Germain-d'Esteuil, in the heart of the Médoc, this charming 100 m² stone holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. You will find two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The property offers a fully equipped private kitchen, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a washing machine, as well as a private barbecue for your outdoor meals.
For the security deposit, instead of a payment, you may provide a holiday insurance certificate from your home insurance, which is generally offered by all home insurance providers.

Parking is available with four shared spaces on the property, as well as additional spaces on the street. Events are not permitted. Check-in starts at 5 p.m. and check-out must be before 10 a.m. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.
