The living room features cable TV and a stereo system for relaxing moments. The couch in the living area can be converted into a double bed if needed, providing additional flexibility. The furnished south-facing terrace with its own beach chair is the heart of the apartment—here you can fully enjoy the Sylt sun and the fresh sea breeze.

The house was built in 2001 and is located in the quiet, green area of Altwesterland. From here, it’s just a 10-minute walk to city centre Westerland and 15 minutes to the beach. The location is an ideal starting point for discovering the island’s diverse recreational opportunities—from long walks and bike rides to culinary discoveries at nearby restaurants.

The house at Am Grenzkrug 8 is the one at the back of the property as seen from Horstweg 3, and the parking space—from which the house is easily accessible—is located on Am Weesterstich 6. (Please note: Pets are not allowed.)
