Gut aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse. Die Lage ist zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig genug, dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Fenster haben Insektenschutzgitter und können ausreichend abgedunkelt werden. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und hat eine große Kühl-Gefrier-Kombination. Die Spülmaschine und auch die Waschmaschine lieferten saubere Ergebnisse. Sehr sauber war auch die Wohnung. Im Fahrradschuppen, den man sich mit der anderen Ferienwohnung teilt, können 4 Fahrräder und bei Bedarf auch ein zusammengeklappter Fahrradträger abgestellt werden. Wir haben hier mit unseren beiden Teenagern zwei schöne Wochen verbracht und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Sehr geräumige, saubere, recht frisch renovierte Wohnung, in der wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben..

Sehr geräumige, saubere, recht frisch renovierte Wohnung, in der wir uns direkt wohl gefühlt haben. Die große Terrasse und der direkt vor der Tür befindliche Stellplatz runden den positiven Eindruck ab (Fahrräder können in einem Holzschuppen eingeschlossen werden). Die Einfahrt zu dem Haus hatten wir erst beim zweiten Versuch gefunden und zuerst auf einem Parkplatz neben/hinter dem Haus geparkt, vom dem es aber keinen Zugang zu dem Haus gibt. Neben der Volksbank ist die längere, eher (trotz Beschilderung) unauffällige Zufahrt zu dem Haus. Das Haus liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig in Koserow (Koserow war für Mitte Mai kaum besucht, was uns überrascht hat). Der Zugang fand bequem mittels Schlüsselbox statt - auch wurden wir netterweise am Anreisetag angerufen und gefragt, ob alles o.k. ist. Zu erwähnen wäre vielleicht noch, dass es in den beiden Schlafzimmern nur Sichtschutzvorhänge gibt und ab ca. 5:30 Uhr die Sonne die beiden Zimmer hell erleuchtet - also für empfindliche Personen wäre ein Schlafbrille sehr zu empfehlen. Das Einzige, was uns wirklich etwas gestört hat, war die gewünschte Abreisezeit von 10:00 Uhr - um 11:00 Uhr wäre es angenehmer gewesen.

Wer die Ruhe mag, ist hier trotz naheliegender Hauptstraße genau richtig. In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kurze Laufwege zum Strand und Meer, naheliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und PRO HOME Büro + Gästeinformation gleich in der Nähe. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung Stranddüne sehr wohl gefühlt und können Sie weiterempfehlen. GLÜCK AUF aus Freiberg (Sachsen) von Familie Göpfert!
