The open kitchen, living room, and dining room is the perfect gathering spot for family time. The dining room table seats 12 to accommodate large families. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st floor and has a king size bed. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor, including a separate suite that has a king along with a private bath, mini fridge, wine cooler, and coffee pot. This suite can be locked off from the rest of the home. The home offers many extras like a rooftop deck which offers sunset views. STR#7469230

Before a stay at Village Walk please plan in accordance to the rules below:
1) Blue Hawaiian VW97 provides 3 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage, for 3 medium sized vehicles. There is a golf cart parking place.
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes.
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 97. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed
5) Towing is strictly enforced

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet/per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
