Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und "ostseemäßig" dekoriert. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Das Bad ist sehr modern und gepflegt, Duschen macht dort richtig Freude.
Der Balkon ist gemütlich mit Blick auf den Park. Sehr zentral gelegen, nur wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade und zu den Geschäften.
