Ideal as a romantic hideaway or a practical base to explore nature, cities, and local fairs.



The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. Relax with the smart TV or enjoy a good book. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle—everything you need for independent cooking.



The bedroom offers a king-size memory foam bed, linens and towels included, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk perfect for remote work thanks to Wi-Fi. The property accommodates up to 3 guests.



The bathroom has a shower with lights and hydromassage. A washing machine, ironing board and iron, and drying rack are also available. Please note: no crib or high chair is provided.



Private parking is available in front of the property. Lake Como is 20 minutes away; Erba and Lariofiere are 10 minutes away, as is the train station with connections to Como, Lecco, and Milan. Monza racetrack is about 25 minutes away.
