The property features a fenced-in lot, so dogs can play safely and undisturbed. A maximum of two pets are allowed. A general ban on fireworks ensures a pleasant, quiet atmosphere, especially on New Year’s Eve.

The open kitchen is integrated into the living room and is equipped with high-quality appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dining table, and a full set of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. Tea towels are provided. The living room features a sofa and a TV, inviting you to relax. Free Wi-Fi allows for convenient internet access.
